Shipping and Returns : We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped, expect to receive it in 7 to 10 business days. Please make sure you provide the correct address before completing your order. If you happen to encounter any issues with tracking or the delivery of your package, please contact USPS for help. If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Returns

Pretti Hair Collection does not allow returns, exchanges or monetary refunds. If there happens to be any issue upon doing business with Pretti Hair Collection, please email prettihaircollectionllc@gmail.com. Pretti Hair Collection, LLC strives to satisfy all customers and will try to resolve all issues. Cancelling orders: Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct. We can not cancel orders once they are submitted.
